Totally Raw is currently looking to hire a Full-Time retail sales associate to work in our retail location in Dartmouth. Primary Responsibilities:

Customer service, including educating customers on the principles of natural feeding (we train you!). Helping customers choose the best options for their pets.
Process purchases, payments, and returns.
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
Represent Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and high standards of quality products and service.
Available occasional weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work between our two Retail locations when needed: 362 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, and 50 Akerley Blvd. #112, Dartmouth.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or related customer-facing experience required.
Team player who can solve problems and address customers’ questions & concerns.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills, e.g., POS.
Knowledge and experience working in the pet industry are an asset.
